Once your quilt leaves Quiltin'Bee shipping times may vary due to carrier delays which are out of our control.

Our longarm quilting machines are operated by humans, who are trying really hard to get your quilt just like you want it. But as humans, we do (on occasion) make mistakes. Please know that we are trying our very best to make sure your quilts turn out beautifully. When you give your quilts to us for quilting services you are trusting our judgment. There may be times when the end result isn't quite what you had in mind, but we can't be held responsible for expectations that have not been communicated clearly. Please ensur that we have all the details we need to meet your expectations. There are also very rare occasions when longarm machines malfunction and damage quilts, but we will let you know immediatley if there is a problem and do our best to make it right. We appreciate your understanding.
