Your Quilt Top is Done

now it’s time to bring it to life with beautiful, edge-to-edge quilting! We’re here to make that next step easy and rewarding. Before you fill out our order form, here’s what you need to know:

What We Offer

We provide edge-to-edge machine quilting, which means one continuous design stitched across your quilt. It’s a simple, affordable way to finish your quilt beautifully. We do not offer custom quilting at this time.

Quilt Size & Backing

We can quilt projects up to 96 inches wide. Please keep your quilt top no wider than 92 inches to allow space for proper loading.
Backing must be at least 4 inches larger on all four sides. That means if your top is 60" x 80", your backing should be at least 68" x 88".
We do not provide backing, so please prep and square it yourself. If your backing is directional, mark the top.

Preparing Your Quilt

A little prep goes a long way! Here’s how to get your quilt ready for quilting:

Press everything well, front and back.
Trim loose threads, especially dark ones that may show through.
Stay-stitch around the edges (⅛" from the edge) if your quilt has seams or bias edges to keep things from stretching or unraveling.
Mark the top of your quilt if it’s not obvious (painter’s tape works great).
Measure your quilt top before sending—it helps you ensure your backing is the right size.

Batting Options

You’re welcome to send your own batting, or we can provide one of the following:

We don’t mark up batting—just a fair price for what’s used (including waste). Batting must also be 4 inches larger on all sides than your quilt top.

Pricing

Our pricing is simple and affordable:

Quilting

$0.019 per square inch
(For example: a 60″ x 80″ quilt = 4,800 square inches = $91.20 for quilting)

Batting
(if we provide it)

$0.0025 per square inch
(Using the same 60″ x 80″ quilt = $12.00 for batting)

We’ll calculate the total based on your quilt size and confirm pricing with you before we begin.

Shipping & Communication

Send your quilt in a plastic bag inside a box or sturdy mailer. Once we receive it, we’ll confirm by email. When it’s your quilt’s turn, we’ll finalize any open details before quilting. Once finished, we’ll send photos and an invoice through PayPal. We return ship via USPS Priority with tracking included.
